💫This is a supportive, solution-focused discussion for creatives who identify themselves as working-class, who work in theatre, and who are living and/or working across Lancashire. The session will offer a platform for these creatives to share the barriers to career development they encounter in the region with the cultural leaders of arts organisations across Lancashire, and suggest ways they can provide more effective support to aid them in building sustainable careers in the theatre sector.💫
