“Go to the poets, they will speak to thee”
This year @wordsworthgrasmere are launching a contemporary poetry reading series curated and hosted by poet Kim Moore, listening to what poets have to say about our turbulent times, and how poetry can cross borders to challenge, delight and inspire us.
This month their guest poet is @seanehewitt who will be launching his much anticipated debut collection Tongues of Fire (Cape 2020). Seán’s work is sensuous and lyrical, using prayers, vespers and incantations to move from the physical to the spiritual, whilst always paying close attention to the natural world.
